Middle Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania; remote/office

What you will do

• Implement Generative AI and agentic solutions, including RAG pipelines, intelligent assistants, and NLP applications.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines for data analysis, experiment design, model training, deployment, reliability, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders to develop production-ready ML solutions for client projects.
• Contribute to agentic workflows and multi-agent applications using LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Apply deep learning techniques with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow across NLP and generative AI use cases.
• Use Big Data tools and AWS, GCP, or Azure for experimentation, feature engineering, and analysis; document and communicate findings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, transformer models, and LLMs such as GPT or Claude.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, cloud-based AI/ML services, Big Data tools, and the ML development lifecycle.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency is required, both spoken and written.
