What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for application projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Support Agile delivery teams by refining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and clarifying functionality.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements and solution designs.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), solution validation, and change management activities.
• Identify process enhancements and leverage industry best practices to improve application delivery standards.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting application development, software delivery, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documenting use cases and functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
