What you will do

• Execute the social media content calendar and ensure accurate scheduling across priority channels.
• Write and adapt channel-appropriate social copy tailored to different audiences and formats.
• Manage day-to-day channel activity, including publishing, monitoring, and community management.
• Coordinate the creation of social media assets and optimize content for better engagement.
• Support employee advocacy and internal influencer activities.
• Analyze performance data using tools like Adobe Analytics to derive actionable insights.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and experience managing social activity.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Sprinklr or similar publishing platforms.
• Familiarity with website and social analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
• Experience working in a regulated environment with legal and compliance review processes.
• Must be based in London and able to work from Canary Wharf 2-3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience briefing designers or using basic creative tools to develop social assets.
