Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — teams work in the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday)

What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews across Western Europe markets to provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing traffic, conversion, retailer mix, and commission structures.
• Develop strategic frameworks to evaluate and improve KPIs including EPC, CVR, AOV, and revenue.
• Write advanced SQL queries to support deep-dive analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Design and optimize scalable reporting solutions and dashboards for self-service analytics.
• Partner with regional leads and cross-functional teams to influence short-term and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, eCommerce, or affiliate marketing (publisher-side preferred).
• Advanced SQL skills are required for writing complex queries and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting complex data as compelling narratives.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce and affiliate metrics and regional data regulations (GDPR).
• Degree in Maths, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
