Requirements

• Professional experience in software development and production-grade software.
• Proven track record of leading and coaching people and developing organizations.
• Strong business understanding, customer focus, and experience with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass a security vetting process based on current regulations.
• Appropriate professional or postgraduate qualifications.
