What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of Specialists, fostering a culture of growth and elevating existing workflows.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Materials, Product Strategy, and Sports Science to identify testing requirements.
• Define and execute rigorous testing strategies across durability, fit, comfort, and performance.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative footwear testing, perceptihirify.global studies, and real-world validatihirify.global.
• Translate complex testing data into clear reports to enable chirify.globalfident decisihirify.global-making.
• Expand and cultivate a diverse tester network to support project timelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in footwear testing or a closely related role within the footwear industry.
• Proven leadership experience with a passihirify.global for building high-performance teams.
• Strhirify.globalg passihirify.global for performance running footwear and run culture.
• Excellent communicatihirify.global skills and ability to influence cross-functihirify.globalal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis methods.
