What you will do

• Develop and execute an innovative growth strategy to scale hirify.global's presence across the Mexican market.
• Manage commercial strategies with large-scale partners to ensure mutual value creation and sustainable long-term partnerships.
• Cultivate deep business relationships with the most prominent producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
• Balance and grow a large base of clients using strong organizational and management skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both in Mexico and internationally to drive partner growth.
• Serve as the internal expert on current entertainment trends and emerging experiences.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or big tech, plus an additional 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong expertise in business development and partnership management.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach to business decisions and task prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Mexico City to support the hybrid work model.
