Focus on scaling market presence, managing commercial strategies, and collaborating with international cross-functional teams.

What you will do
- Develop and execute an innovative growth strategy to scale 's presence across the Mexican market.
- Manage commercial strategies with large-scale partners to ensure mutual value creation and sustainable long-term partnerships.
- Cultivate deep business relationships with the most prominent producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
- Balance and grow a large base of clients using strong organizational and management skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both in Mexico and internationally to drive partner growth.
- Serve as the internal expert on current entertainment trends and emerging experiences.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or big tech, plus an additional 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong expertise in business development and partnership management.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment.
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to business decisions and task prioritization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be based in Mexico City to support the hybrid work model.
