TL;DR

Account Manager (FMCG): Managing a portfolio of strategic clients across the Nordics to unlock value through data-driven insights and consultancy with an accent on organic growth and new business development. Focus on executing end-to-end sales processes, identifying upselling opportunities, and building C-level relationships.

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark

Salary: DKK 450,000 - 525,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients within the Nordic region.
  • Generate short-cycle revenue by contacting leads and prospects to win new business.
  • Execute the full sales process from feasibility analysis and pricing to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify upselling opportunities for retail measurement data and customized services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver tailored consultancy solutions.
  • Monitor progress against revenue targets using CRM tools and develop engagement plans for key prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Proven sales experience with strong commercial and relationship management skills.
  • Relevant experience in Retail, Tech & Durables, or FMCG sectors.
  • Fluent in one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives.
