Analytics Engineer (E-commerce)

TL;DR

Analytics Engineer (SQL/dbt/BigQuery): Building analytical data models and dashboards to provide insights into Marketplace performance with an accent on scalability, reliability, and strategic decision support. Focus on architecting end-to-end data products, implementing data quality controls, and translating stakeholder needs into technical delivery.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (2 days in office recommended)

Salary: €53,900 — €72,900 EUR gross per year

What you will do

• Architect and build scalable and reliable data models and pipelines using dbt, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Create datasets and dashboards for reporting, forecasting, and strategic analyses.
• Implement data quality checks, tests, and controls to ensure data trustworthiness.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into well-documented technical models and metrics.
• Collaborate with a 40+ person Analytics Engineering Guild to share best practices and tooling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery, dbt, Python, Looker/LookML, and Git.
• Experience with data modeling and owning production pipelines at scale.
• High attention to detail regarding data quality, edge cases, and clean code.
• Ability to communicate proactively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office (Hybrid).
