Data Analyst (Special Ops): Defining and tracking business KPIs and providing data-driven insights to Top Management and Strategy teams with an accent on financial impact estimation and executive reporting. Focus on building dashboards, implementing ETL processes, and leveraging a modern data stack including Snowflake and Looker.

What you will do

• Define and track KPIs to monitor and explain business performance.
• Provide data insights and identify business opportunities with financial impact estimates.
• Collaborate with Top Management and Strategy teams to enable data-driven decision making.
• Implement simple ETL processes and build high-level dashboards.
• Utilize Snowflake, Looker, Mixpanel, and AI tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL scripting and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business-driven mindset.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, Snowflake, and Mixpanel.
• Experience in Management Consulting or Marketplaces.
• Experience communicating with C-level or Board-level executives.
