Senior Account Manager (Marketing)

Location: Prague, Czechia (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 remote)

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong strategic approach.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and act as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal creative and account teams to ensure high-quality asset delivery across multiple markets.
• Manage budgets responsibly to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Identify new business opportunities to add value and support account growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Figma, and Jira.
• Must be based in Prague, Czechia to support the hybrid office model.
