Senior User Acquisition Manager, remote

We’re a product-led IT company with 10+ years of experience building and scaling our own products in the dating industry. We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta & TikTok) to own and scale paid social acquisition across our products. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and profitability while managing significant budgets.

Requirements:

💦5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook) and TikTok Ads campaigns in the dating industry; Snapchat Ads experience is a plus
💦Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns using value-based optimization and ROAS-focused bidding strategies
💦Strong expertise in campaign scaling, audience testing, creative testing, and performance optimization
💦Solid experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
💦Experience working with offline conversions, revenue imports, and value-based optimization
💦Proven experience creating and scaling high-performing UGC and Reels-style creatives, including the use of AI tools for content production, testing, and iteration
💦Upper-Intermediate English or higher
💦Experience setting up and managing tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, Skro, or similar tracking solutions is a strong plus.
