What you will do

• Lead the client servicing team to expand the scope of products and influence within client organizations.
• Implement strategic plans to maximize client satisfaction and ensure profitable business growth.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of research projects, from proposal preparation to final delivery.
• Foster high-level relationships to identify and capture incremental sales opportunities.
• Manage financial performance, including revenue targets, budgets, and P&L responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with company ethics and business conduct policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer market research.
• Experience managing a sizable research team with full P&L responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Must be located in Beijing, China.
