What you will do

• Coordinate and scale operational frameworks such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and End-to-End Supply Chain to maximize performance.
• Develop and support the implementation of capacity balancing across multiple international sites.
• Build Business Unit continuity and disaster recovery strategies to protect multi-site infrastructure from geopolitical and supply chain shocks.
• Drive global supply chain transformation in collaboration with product units and procurement.
• Align cultural and operational workflows across different product units and countries to ensure synergies.
• Provide executive leadership with operational KPIs and actionable insights for long-term capacity planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, production, or coordination.
• Experience working in an international product-centric organization.
• Strong business acumen and a focus on operational excellence.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and communicate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Must pass a security vetting based on current security protection regulations; citizenship obligations may apply.
