What you will do

• Balance and coordinate supply for strategic components to ensure timely material availability.
• Analyze stock levels, place orders, and identify supply deviations or gaps.
• Conduct supply review meetings with suppliers to monitor performance and collaboration.
• Track master data and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive improvement activities for internal processes and supplier performance.
• Handle invoicing and contribute to cross-functional process development projects.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar purchasing or supply chain role.
• Experience working in an ERP system, preferably IFS.
• Proven experience working in an international organization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and purchasing processes.
• Very good English skills, both written and verbal.
