What you will do

• Lead Executive S&OP meetings, facilitating scenarios, risks, and trade-offs for senior leadership.
• Own the full monthly S&OP cycle, including preparing, documenting, and communicating outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Management, Finance, and Sales.
• Advance S&OP process maturity by identifying bottlenecks and improving data quality.
• Contribute to strategic development initiatives and the implementation of new supply planning tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree in supply chain, engineering, economics, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience within supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated experience in process development and change management.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and/or S&OE processes.
• Familiarity with supply planning tools and systems.
• Understanding of how supply chain performance connects to financial results and customer experience.
