What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a large team of multidisciplinary 3D artists across various production streams.
• Oversee the production of high-quality architectural renderings, virtual tours, and interactive experiences.
• Partner with creative leadership to define and improve production standards, workflows, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize pipelines and technology solutions.
• Explore and integrate AI tools and automation to improve creative efficiency and scalability.
• Align deliverables, timelines, and quality requirements with project managers and clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in 3D or architectural visualization.
• 3+ years of experience managing creative production teams.
• Strong expertise with 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Unreal Engine, and Photoshop.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualization and immersive digital experiences.
• Proven ability to lead distributed production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Substance, Revit, or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation, or production pipeline tools.
• Experience supporting residential homebuilders or real estate marketing.
