What you will do

• Assist in coordinating marketing projects across teams, tracking progress, and flagging blockers.
• Support co-marketing campaigns and partnership activities from planning through execution.
• Help plan, set up, and run offline and online events (webinars, meetups, roadshows).
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and materials.
• Engage with and help grow the community across relevant channels and platforms.
• Prepare recaps, reports, and documentation for completed projects and events.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or fresh postgraduate; no prior work experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn quickly with a strong sense of ownership.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Ability to work in a hybrid working arrangement.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese in addition to English.
