What you will do

• Provide front-end and account management support for private banking clients.
• Maintain MIS and reporting systems to track key service indicators.
• Support Relationship Managers in daily operational activities and query resolution.
• Facilitate internal audits and risk management processes to address operational gaps.
• Ensure all activities adhere to organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver high-quality service in line with bank standards during all customer interactions.

Requirements

• UAE National status is mandatory for this role.
• At least 4 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
