TL;DR
Finance Manager (Financial Control): Ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust control environments for regional operations with an accent on IFRS compliance, month-end closing, and ERP management. Focus on driving process improvements, coordinating external audits, and providing strategic financial insights to local leadership.
Location: Must be based in the UAE (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do
- Prepare monthly accounts in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with IFRS.
- Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing process for the UAE region.
- Develop and monitor a robust control environment to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax regulators and timely submission of returns.
- Manage local accounting policies and implement group-level changes.
- Coordinate external audits and provide financial analysis to local leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- CPA or CA qualification.
- 7+ years of experience in finance and controlling functions.
- Proven experience in IFRS and financial reporting.
- Experience within a fast-growing organization.
