What you will do

• Prepare monthly accounts in Oracle NetSuite in accordance with IFRS.
• Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing process for the UAE region.
• Develop and monitor a robust control environment to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax regulators and timely submission of returns.
• Manage local accounting policies and implement group-level changes.
• Coordinate external audits and provide financial analysis to local leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• CPA or CA qualification.
• 7+ years of experience in finance and controlling functions.
• Proven experience in IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience within a fast-growing organization.
