What you will do

• Diagnose and repair engines, braking, fuel, power train, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform overhauls and maintenance on heavy equipment including tractors, trucks, and excavators.
• Test equipment post-repair to ensure performance meets manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and rewire complex electrical systems.
• Prioritize and execute mechanical repair projects efficiently.
• Operate mobile equipment for diagnostic and testing purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of mechanical trade school training and two years of experience as a vehicle and heavy equipment mechanic.
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Must be able to qualify to wear a full-face respirator.
• Must be able to work a consistent Monday to Friday, 7 am shift.
• GED or High School Diploma.

Nice to have

• Current valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Experience with welding or soldering.
