What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of key marketing initiatives and Set launches from kick-off to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, community, content, and product to ensure alignment.
• Maintain and evolve project tracking tools and introduce AI-driven workflows to improve team productivity.
• Manage relationships with regional agencies and external partners, including contract negotiation and onboarding.
• Oversee operational finance processes such as invoice management and budget tracking.
• Support influencer and co-streamer activations, including logistics and content operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles in gaming or creative industries.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Experience working with external partners, agencies, or vendors.
• Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and operational finance processes.
• Passion for games and player experiences.
