Location: Remote for residents of the province of Quebec, or hybrid and on-site in Quebec City or Montreal, Canada.

What you will do
- Oversee planning and monitoring across the entire production cycle.
- Plan staffing requirements with discipline directors based on expertise and project milestones.
- Analyze production risks and develop solutions to prevent delays, budget overruns, and threats to project objectives.
- Lead, coach, and support direct reports through ongoing feedback and performance management.
- Develop individualized training plans and contribute to employee development and succession planning.
- Build trusted relationships with partners and act as the main point of contact for the relevant area of expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent education and experience.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant production management experience in the video game industry.
- Experience shipping at least one AAA or AA title.
- Experience managing risks, budgets, dependencies, and priorities in a complex environment.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English required.
