What you will do

• Lead or participate in major strategic initiatives and business projects.
• Conduct research and perform data analysis for board meetings and investor reviews.
• Prepare and edit high-level communication materials and presentations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with strict discretion.
• Document key meeting points and track action items for follow-up.

Requirements

• Must be graduating by September 2026 and available to start in October 2026.
• Must be fluent in Japanese (reading/writing kanji required).
• English proficiency at a business level.
• Degree in general management, law, or related fields with above-average grades.
• First practical experience through internships, ideally in the automotive sector.
• International experience gained through studies abroad or internships.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in management or law.
