What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, and deadlines across multiple teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare briefs, research notes, and action trackers for senior leadership.
• Identify and close execution gaps across product, engineering, finance, and legal teams.
• Own and resolve urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and handle high ambiguity.
• Strong structured thinking and clear professional writing skills.
• Strong English communication is required.
• Experience in startups, consulting, or fintech environments is a strong advantage.
