What you will do

• Direct and monitor all property operations during the overnight shift to ensure seamless luxury service.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational guidelines, grooming standards, and safety environments.
• Resolve guest complaints and property-related situations, representing management to ensure high satisfaction scores.
• Review financial statements and performance data to identify cost reduction opportunities and program improvements.
• Oversee HR activities including employee orientation, payroll processing, and annual performance appraisals.
• Maintain constant communication between staff and management while ensuring emergency procedures are known by all.

Requirements

• Business Level Japanese Fluency is required.
• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or housekeeping.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 3 years of professional experience.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
