What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic ETS programs from scoping through execution and risk management.
• Drive GRC programs across cloud infrastructure and IT systems, ensuring alignment with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Establish and maintain program management best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for program status, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Partner with engineering, legal, and leadership teams to define objectives and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while championing continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management within enterprise technology or security environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing GRC, IT transformation, or security programs at scale.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
