What you will do

• Inspect high-complexity hardware including avionics, wire harnesses, and mechanical structures.
• Lead and support first article inspections (FAIs) and interpret complex GD&T requirements.
• Mentor and train junior inspection personnel to maintain high quality standards.
• Review inspection documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Support MRB, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Identify systemic quality risks and implement improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of aerospace inspection experience required.
• Strong proficiency in GD&T.
• Experience supporting FAIs, MRB, and audits.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Proven ability to serve as a technical resource in inspection environments.
