What you will do

• Create and govern reference architectures across treasury, payments, and transaction banking.
• Lead the development of microservices-based digital platforms with event-driven integration.
• Define and execute cloud strategy on AWS, prioritizing scalability and resilience.
• Orchestrate integrations with CRM, ERP, risk, and AML/KYC systems.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
• Investigate and pilot emerging capabilities such as AI/ML and blockchain.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services with deep Treasury and Transaction Banking expertise.
• Proven track record designing large-scale, enterprise-grade architectures for banking platforms.
• Strong grasp of regulatory regimes including ISO 20022, SWIFT, PSD2, and Basel III.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-native design on AWS.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional settings and vendor management.
