Requirements

• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Residency within the Chicago metropolitan area is required.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience in a tech role.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Exposure to machine learning and LLM fundamentals.
• Experience with agentic AI development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software tools.
