What you will do

• Participate in training across quant trader, quant researcher, and quant developer tracks with a focus on trading and financial markets.
• Run mock trading sessions and modules to improve probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset.
• Work with trading teams to devise trading strategies across global markets.
• Contribute to research using statistical analysis and data mining to support forecasts and predictive trading models.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Programming experience.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets.
