What you will do
- Work alongside trading teams to devise and implement trading strategies across global markets.
- Contribute to roles spanning quantitative trading, research, and development.
- Participate in mock trading sessions and poker training to enhance risk-taking and probabilistic mindset.
- Leverage statistical analysis and data mining to make forecasts and develop predictive models.
- Collaborate with traders and engineers to understand the complexities of traded products and exchanges.
Requirements
- Must be a student or recent graduate from a top undergraduate or graduate program.
- Outstanding skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and appetite for risk-taking.
- Programming experience.
- Must be eligible for CPT/OPT or require work visa sponsorship for full-time employment.
