What you will do

• Lead new product development for low-medium-high voltage electrical products.
• Manage the introduction of new product designs into the production environment.
• Evaluate existing product lines to identify design modifications for cost reduction or performance improvements.
• Interface directly with customers to define application requirements and identify design solutions.
• Maintain accurate project planning documentation, including schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure flawless project execution and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 7+ years of experience designing electromechanical products.
• 5 to 7 years of experience with 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
• Proven project management skills and ability to direct the work of others.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and third-party agency approval processes.
