What you will do

• Develop and execute dynamic product marketing and global go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Conduct in-depth customer, competitor, and market research to inform strategic positioning.
• Craft clear and impactful product positioning and messaging to differentiate hirify.global from the competition.
• Create high-impact content for external and internal audiences, including solution briefs, white papers, and sales playbooks.
• Develop detailed buyer personas and contribute to product naming and commercialization decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer experience teams to drive product adoption and retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B software or SaaS.
• Degree in business, geosciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in developing global campaign content and understanding B2B buyer journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills to oversee marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Ability to analyze customer and product insights to make data-driven decisions.
