Salary: $78,900 – $116,760 per year

What you will do

• Act as a day-to-day liaison between players and internal teams, surfacing actionable insights from community feedback.
• Manage engagement campaigns and content calendars across Discord, Reddit, and social media platforms.
• Create shareable content including AMAs, patch previews, and developer updates to drive player advocacy.
• Apply and refine moderation policies to ensure community environments remain safe and inclusive.
• Collaborate with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to integrate player voice into sprint planning and roadmaps.
• Track and report community KPIs such as sentiment, engagement rates, and content reach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community management and growing online communities.
• Proven experience influencing game development roadmaps through player feedback.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain brand alignment.
• Proficiency in Discord, Reddit, and various social media moderation and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with mobile live-service monetization cycles and content planning.
• Ability to work onsite in Kirkland, Washington.
