Starlink Consumer Growth Strategy Lead (Demand Planning & Analysis) (Telecom)

Location: Hawthorne, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, managing weekly/quarterly demand forecasts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Drive cross-functional product roadmaps and launch planning with Engineering, Global Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze growth experiments and financial impacts to prioritize business and engineering initiatives.
• Utilize consumer insights and analytics to identify successful demand generation approaches.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic growth programs and campaigns to maximize customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, investment banking, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. person status).
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, growth strategy, or business operations.
• Experience in early or growth-stage startups working with lean teams.
• Background in financial analysis with proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, or maritime.
