What you will do

• Design and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs following best practices and versioning standards.
• Ensure system reliability via unit and integration testing and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate on system integrations applying software design patterns.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Improve development efficiency through CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production systems.
• Proficiency in ADO.NET, SQL Server, and database performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, RESTful services, and XML serialization.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for communication in a multicultural team.
• Must be based in Brazil or Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
