What you will do

• Lead large-scale genomics data analysis, specifically in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), to extract actionable insights.
• Develop and implement robust predictive models to forecast clinical trends and outcomes using RWE and genomics data.
• Create innovative data visualization strategies and interactive tools using R, R Shiny, or Python libraries.
• Own and manage genomics projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Data Science, and Medical Affairs to integrate genomics data.
• Oversee the management of large datasets, ensuring data integrity, security, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or professional experience in a relevant field.
• Expertise in human genomics, including variant calling, CNV analysis, and core statistical methods.
• Strong understanding of real-world data (RWD) sources like EHR, claims data, and patient registries.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience managing one or more direct or indirect reports.
• Knowledge of translational medicine and/or early discovery in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Additional expertise in germline genetics related to organ health and women's health.
