What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from business requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Dissect complex business problems to identify patterns and correlations in large datasets.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models using neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
• Integrate data from diverse internal and external sources for high-quality modeling.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Define model architecture and parameters to optimize performance and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building AI/ML models for business applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying models in production.
• 3+ years of experience with data lakes and cloud services, preferably GCP.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn) and SQL.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience with Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in the telecommunications industry.
• 2+ years of experience with the design, deployment, and evaluation of AI agents and orchestration.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
