What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt and data preparation workflows using Alteryx.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Create Python scripts to automate data processing and pipeline tasks.
• Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and perform root cause analysis to resolve pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Analytics development.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, Alteryx, and MicroStrategy.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and strong SQL skills.
• Experience supporting both project-based development and production (RunOps) environments.
• Must be based in Brazil or LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional data modeling.
• Previous experience in consulting or enterprise production data platforms.
