What you will do

• Coordinate seed request fulfillment across Research and Logistics teams to ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Direct bulk-to-packet seed splitting processes and manage inventory weight or count accuracy.
• Ensure all shipments comply with domestic and international phytosanitary and biotech regulations.
• Perform inventory adjustments and manage seed movements using WMS tools.
• Oversee a team of 2-4 staff members while maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational speed and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Grimes, Iowa; no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or agricultural research (or 1+ years with a relevant degree).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Agronomy preferred.
• Ability to work in a dual office and warehouse environment, including manual material handling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
