Salary: $46,000 - $50,000 Annual

What you will do
- Monitor contact center performance, operational efficiencies, and staff development.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of representatives on performance and career growth.
- Identify and resolve complex customer issues and inquiries.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure team compliance with Medicaid policy manuals and transportation requirements.
- Manage departmental budgets and initiate corrective actions to maximize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Ridgeland, MS.
