Salary: $8,554.25 - $13,340.92 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Develop and implement asset management strategies, frameworks, and long-term investment plans for municipal infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain accurate municipal asset data, including inventories, condition assessments, and maintenance history.
• Lead asset inspection programs, including methodology development and annual field assessments.
• Conduct complex technical analyses to support capital renewal and operations & maintenance programs.
• Act as a field reviewer to ensure construction projects conform to engineering designs and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of six years of related experience.
• Eligibility for professional membership (EGBC, PEMAC, or equivalent).
• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and analyze complex datasets.

Nice to have

• Certificate or formal training in Asset Management (e.g., ISO 55001).
• Experience with CAD software, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or ArcGIS.
• Background in the design, construction, or operation of municipal infrastructure assets.
