Salary: $8,554.25 - $13,340.92 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, frameworks, and long-term investment plans for municipal infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain accurate municipal asset data, including inventories, condition assessments, and maintenance history.
- Lead asset inspection programs, including methodology development and annual field assessments.
- Conduct complex technical analyses to support capital renewal and operations & maintenance programs.
- Act as a field reviewer to ensure construction projects conform to engineering designs and technical guidelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of six years of related experience.
- Eligibility for professional membership (EGBC, PEMAC, or equivalent).
- Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and analyze complex datasets.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Nice to have
- Certificate or formal training in Asset Management (e.g., ISO 55001).
- Experience with CAD software, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or ArcGIS.
- Background in the design, construction, or operation of municipal infrastructure assets.
