What you will do

• Provide leadership for operational yards including nursery, warehouse, and material recovery facilities.
• Manage operational budgets, key performance indicators, and reporting for the Municipal Manager.
• Oversee asset inventories, lifecycle stewardship, and maintenance strategy planning.
• Direct daily logistics, material procurement, and equipment coordination for field crews.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
• Foster client relations and coordinate shared services with community partners and contractors.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and at least four years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations and Metro Vancouver by-laws.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License.
