Location: Must be based in Calgary, Alberta. Role requires a flexible hybrid schedule and availability for rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm EST.
Salary: $88,000 – $105,000 (base salary plus target bonus).

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day activities for a team of up to 15 processing representatives.
- Oversee the timely resolution of mutual fund transactions and not-in-good-order (NIGO) items.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk control procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management and business partners on divisional projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- 3–4 years of progressive experience in operations or customer service within the financial services or mutual funds industry.
- 1–2 years of experience in coaching, managing, or developing employees.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of back-office operations and mutual fund industry practices.
- College degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Strong communication skills in French (written and verbal).
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) designations.
