Salary: $88,000 – $105,000 (base salary plus target bonus).

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day activities for a team of up to 15 processing representatives.
• Oversee the timely resolution of mutual fund transactions and not-in-good-order (NIGO) items.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk control procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management and business partners on divisional projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• 3–4 years of progressive experience in operations or customer service within the financial services or mutual funds industry.
• 1–2 years of experience in coaching, managing, or developing employees.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of back-office operations and mutual fund industry practices.
• College degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Strong communication skills in French (written and verbal).
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) designations.
