What you will do
- Lead Confirmations activities across Global Markets products to ensure operational performance and control effectiveness.
- Manage settlement control processes, identifying and resolving risks, exceptions, and operational incidents.
- Drive the optimization of reconciliations and processes using automation tools like Xceptor and emerging technologies.
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to deliver strategic change initiatives and platform migrations.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Represent Markets Operations in governance forums and senior leadership discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Markets, Treasury, or Capital Markets Operations teams in a regulated financial environment.
- Deep expertise in operational controls, settlements, confirmations, and post-trade processes.
- Proven track record of delivering automation and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, governance, and control frameworks.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Technology, and Risk functions.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model.
