Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Build and manage senior-level relationships across client organizations.
• Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and commercial expansion.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business development teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Represent the business professionally in industry discussions and market events.
• Maintain awareness of benchmark regulations, market structure, and financial governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in account management or commercial roles within financial markets.
• Understanding of derivatives, OTC markets, trading platforms, and financial benchmarks.
• Knowledge of benchmark regulation frameworks including BMR and IOSCO Principles.
• Strong commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
