What you will do

• Define integration patterns with Work Management, Customer Information, and Asset Management systems.
• Design cloud architecture on OCI and define API management/gateway strategy.
• Configure and implement OFS modules and related OFSC integrations.
• Build and optimize workflows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and mobile plugin development.
• Use Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) for data visualization and scalable data modeling/performance tuning.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and implement observability/monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a technical architect or in a technical leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and related integrations.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and plug-in development.
• Experience implementing OFS modules.
• Strong understanding of field service operations (scheduling, routing, dispatching, inventory management).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability/monitoring.
