What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of critical facility infrastructure including electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technicians and contractors.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs via CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish occupational safety legislation, EU directives, and internal SLAs.
• Manage operational budgets, vendor performance, and infrastructure lifecycle strategies.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation to ensure 24/7 uptime objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mission-critical facilities operations.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Finland.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, cooling systems, and BMS/DCIM tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Finnish language skills.
• Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti) and Hot Work Card (Tulityökortti).
• Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS) certification.
