What you will do

• Manage VFX feature projects and facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of show production.
• Work closely with Producers and Supervisors to develop effective plans and shot schedules.
• Define clear milestones for the delivery of assets, shots, temps, and finals.
• Collaborate with Department Heads and the Company Scheduler to manage crew needs and allocations.
• Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring responsibilities are met.
• Manage client relationships and communication throughout the production lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven VFX Feature Film industry experience is required.
• Proven track record of delivering sequences at SPM or equivalent level.
• Strong project management experience with proficiency in scheduling and managing targets.
• Excellent knowledge of VFX workflows to make critical calls on crew allocations.
• Experience with database tools such as Shotgrid.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Project or similar software.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Filemaker.
